Definitely up there with my favourite car movies. They pushed the theme of the characters as metaphors a bit too far but it was overall very enjoyable.

Watched it. Thought they overplayed the "life is just time passing; nothing matters; just go faster than the other guy" angle. Too post-60's nihilistic for me.
